Position 1: Secretary
Education: BA/BSc degree in Management, Secretarial Science and Office management, Computer Science or other related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution
Work experience: A minimum of 2/Two/ successive years of work experience as Junior Secretary Roles
Insurance profession Diploma and CII is preferable

Position 2: Network & Infrastructure Administration Officer-I
Education: BSC degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related field of studies  from a recognized higher learning institution

Insurance profession Diploma and CII is preferable

Position 3: System & Database Administration Division Manager
Education: BSC/MSC degree in information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution.
Work experience: Minimum of 8/6 years of work experience for BSC and MSC holders respectively; out of which at least 4 years’ experience for BSC holders and 3 year work experience for MSC holders in senior/principal level in similar roles

Position 4: Branch Manager- I
Education:Â BA/MA/MSc degree in Management, Accounting & Finance, statistics, Mathematics, Business leadership, Marketing Management, Business Administration or other related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution
Work experience: Minimum of 8/6 years of work experience for BA and masters degree holders respectively; out of which 5 years’ experience for BA holders and 3 years work experience for masters holders in progressive branch position; out of which 2 years must be as branch manager grade II in an insurance company

Position 5: Special Branch Manager

Work experience: Minimum of 9/7 years of work experience for BA and Masters degree holders respectively; out of which at least 6 years’ experience for BA holders and 4 years work experience for Masters degree holders in progressive branch manager position; and 2 years experiences must be as branch manager grade-I positions in an insurance company
Insurance profession Diploma and CII is preferable.

Position 6: Director, Strategy, Marketing & Business Development Department
Education: BA/MA Degree in Marketing Management, Strategic Management, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Accounting & Finance, International Business, or other related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution
Work experience:Â Minimum of 10/8 years of relevant work experience, for BA & Master degree holders respectively; out of which at least 5 years for BA holders and 3 years for Masters holders as a division manager in planning, business development, marketing, strategy & Marketing management or related positions.
Insurance profession Diploma and CII is preferable.
