Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking to hire a Clinical Nurse for our private client request.
The Clinical Nurse is a licensed healthcare professional tasked with delivering direct patient care, advocating for health, preventing diseases, coordinating treatment strategies, and assisting patients and their families during the healthcare journey. Clinical nurses are employed in hospitals, clinics, health centers, rehabilitation facilities, and community health environments.
Position: Clinical Nurse
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or Diploma in Nursing (according to organizational requirements).
- Proven 1 year and above experience for degree holders and 2 years and above experience for diploma holders.
- Valid nursing license/registration from the appropriate regulatory authority.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer medications, injections, intravenous fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients for medication effectiveness and adverse reactions.
- Ensure safe medication management according to established protocol.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the physician or appropriate healthcare provider.
- Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, specimen collection, and dressing changes.
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures.
- May be required to work shifts, weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Frequently exposed to healthcare-related risks requiring strict adherence to safety and infection prevention standards.
- Maintain professional licensure and competency requirements.
- Participate in continuing education and training programs.
- Stay updated on current nursing practices, guidelines, and evidence-based care.
