Position 1: Branch Auditor

Essential Function

  • Undertake audit examination, International
  • Review transaction and the proper functioning of the internal control procedures throughout the Branch,
  • Conducts special investigation when needed,
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Education and Experience: BA in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, Any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in internal/external auditing, preferably in banking industry

Position 2: Senior Corporate Customer Relationship Officer

Essential Function

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value corporate clients to understand their business needs and financial objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing complex inquiries and providing expert support.
  • Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend customized banking products and services that align with their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement tailored financial solutions.
  • Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction with services and identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products.
  • Conduct regular reviews and strategic meetings with clients to assess ongoing needs and service satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector, focusing on high-potential clients.
  • Represent the bank at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote services and build a professional network.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving or exceeding targets for new business acquisition and product cross-sell.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for clients, highlighting the bank’s offerings and value propositions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and management.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential growth areas and service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions in the bank’s CRM system.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on client activities, satisfaction levels, and sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal bank policies related to client management.
  • Identify potential risks associated with client relationships and escalate as necessary.
  • Mentor and train junior Customer Relationship Officers and interns in customer relationship management best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support in developing their skills and knowledge in corporate banking.

Job Requirement

  • Education and Experience: MBA/MA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience or BA in the same fields with 5.5 years of experience in relevant fields in banking industry of which at least 1 Year as a Corporate customer relationship officer.

Position 3: Branch Manager Grade C

Job Summary

Essential Function

  • Remains primarily responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the Branch,
  • Engages in all operational activities of the branch as required by the volume and intensity of the work,
  • Ensures the success and best achievement of the Branch in providing excelling customer services,
  • Prepares annual action plan of the branch and manages all resources availed to accomplish and meet the goal,
  • Ensure the proper implementation of policies and procedure throughout the branch,
  • Prepare & submit periodic performance report of the branch.

Job Requirement

  • Education and Experience: MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A.

Place of Work: Humera, Tilili

Position 4: Branch Manager – Grade C (IFB)

Essential Function

  • Remains primarily responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the Branch,
  • Engages in all operational activities of the branch as required by the volume and intensity of the work,
  • Ensures the success and best achievement of the Branch in providing excelling customer services,
  • Prepares annual action plan of the branch and manages all resources availed to accomplish and meet the goal,
  • Ensure the proper implementation of policies and procedure throughout the branch,
  • Prepare & submit periodic performance report of the branch.

Job Requirement

Position 5: Driver Mechanic I

Essential Function

  • Drive and deliver goods and properties of the bank safely with the proper authorization
  • Drive and transport bank’s personnel to their destiny keeping the proper authorization
  • Perform routine inspection of items such as brakes, tires, lights, oil tank and other necessary accessories before leaving the compound
  • Perform minor mechanical repairs of the vehicle
  • Takes the necessary precautions whenever transporting notes and or coins
  • Places protection cover around goods and materials to prevent damage during movement
  • Report to the supervisor periodically on condition of vehicle
  • safeguards assigned vehicles and ensures the safety of accessories
  • When accident happens reports accidents to supervisor and prepares report to traffic police
  • Follows and reports the time of service of the vehicle
  • Update with information from transport authority on any safety and traffic regulations
  • Carries proper driving license and renews it within the time frame
  • Keeps the neatness of the vehicle regularly
  • Perform other duties as required by the supervisor

Job Requirement

  • Education and Experience: 8th/10h Grade & Driving license public level I or Old 3rd level license, Dry Cargo with 2 years of service in driving and mechanic works, the skill on servicing/maintaining vehicle, Good communication & interpersonal skill, teamwork, customer orientation & problem solving
