Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Essential FunctionÂ
- Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator
- Collects and validates original Payment Instruments against the System.
- Issues and signs Payment Instruments
- Verifies and Validates DRS incoming transfers
- Initiates DRS outgoing transfers
- Exchanges cash denominations and posts the transactions
- Performs other duties as required by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Education:Â Graduates of years 2024 & 2025 G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
- Experience:Â No prior experience is required.

Position 2: Branch Manager Grade C
Essential FunctionÂ
- Remains primarily responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the Branch,
- Engages in all operational activities of the branch as required by the volume and intensity of the work,
- Ensures the success and best achievement of the Branch in providing excelling customer services,
- Prepares annual action plan  of the branch and manages all resources availed to accomplish and meet the goal,
- Ensure the proper implementation of policies and procedure  throughout the branch,
- Prepare & submit periodic performance report of the branch.
Job Requirement
- Education and Experience: MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience for male candidates, with 5.5 years of experience for female candidates or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience for male candidates, 7.5 years of experience for female candidates years of experience in banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A.

Position 3: Administrative Assistant
Essential FunctionÂ
- Transcribes letters, memos, minutes and other correspondences
- Receives, attaches and keeps correspondences and documents to their proper files
- Maintain files and records in a systematic way of arrangements
- Search, retrieve and submit records and correspondences to/ from file
- Receive and reply telephone calls & messages, and connects caller to supervisor on important matters requiring supervisor’s attention and follow ups
- Arranges and assembles necessary records, and documents as required.
- Perform other duties as required
Job Requirement
- Education: Diploma/10+3/ Level 3 and above in Secretarial Science and Office Management, any other related fields
- Experience: 2 years of service in relevant field, preferably in banking industry. COC is mandatory.

Position 4: SME Credit Analyst
Essential Function
- Initial Review: Perform initial reviews of SME loan applications to ensure all required documents are submitted.
- Gather Information: Collect and verify financial information from applicants to facilitate detailed analysis.
- Check Completeness: Ensure all relevant documents are present and accurately completed before submission for further analysis.
- Communicate with Clients: Inform applicants of any missing documentation and assist them in providing the necessary information.
- Assist in Analysis: Support senior analysts by conducting preliminary financial assessments and preparing initial reports.
- Participate in Site Visits: Accompany senior analysts on site visits to gather additional information as needed.
- Work with Branches: Collaborate with branch personnel to facilitate the credit application process and resolve any issues that arise.
- Learn and Develop Skills: Engage in continuous learning to develop skills in credit analysis and understand bank policies.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of credit assessments and assist in preparing reports for management.
- Perform Other Duties: Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Manager to support the objectives of the
- SME Credit Analysis and Appraisal Division.
Job Requirement
- Education: BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems and any other related fields
- Experience: 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year as relevant officer position
