Position 1: Junior Datacenter Attendant
Essential Function
- Monitor performance levels of data center and DR hardware and facility systems against established technical standards and report periodically.
- Assist in basic or routine installation, decommissioning, upgrades and replacements of data center and DR equipment or facilities
- Perform Installation and labeling of Data center and DR cables as per the prepared design.
- Reports all security incidents to Manager, Datacenter and Auxiliary System Management Division.
- Carries out other duties as required
Job Requirement
- Education: Graduates of years 2024 & 2025 G.C. with BSc in computer science, Electrical Engineering and other related fields with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00..

Position 2: Junior Attorney
Essential Function
- Render legal advices to departments and branches by examining court orders & decisions and legal instruments and correspondences of legal nature
- Prepares statements of claim and defence, declaration for affidavit and memorandum of appeal;
- Prepares legal notice to be served to defaulters;
- Serves court summon/foreclosure notice to defaulters;
- Represents the bank in litigations, hearings and investigations before courts of law and other judicial bodies to handle cases instituted by the Bank’s and cases instituted against the Bank;
- Requests and obtains up-to dated statement of account of defaulting borrowers from branches;

Position 3: Senior Attorney
Essential Function
- Prepares statements of claim and defiance, declaration for affidavit and memorandum of appeal and reports the court proceeding in the form prepared for that purpose;
- Attends court cases of the bank and ensures those summonses are served to defendants;
- Initiates process of execution of judgments and follows up cases decided in favor of the bank;
- Examining defaulting borrowers files referred, request and obtains updates statement of account and
- documents;
- Prepare legal notice to borrowers/mortgagers/pledgers and follow up whether it is served or not;
- Performs other related duties as required.
Job Requirement
- Education: Law, Any other related fields
- Work Experience: 5.5 years of experience in legal functions, preferably in banking industry.

Position 4: Associate Loan officer II
Essential Function
- Assist in gathering and verifying documentation for loan applications, such as income statements,
identification, and credit history. - Communicate with customers to inform them of necessary documentation and loan processing steps.
- Conduct initial reviews of loan applications to ensure completeness and adherence to bank policies.
- Provide support to customers by answering basic questions regarding loan products and the application process.
- Ensure that all documentation related to loan applications is complete and stored securely.
- Support the team in tracking loan application statuses and processing timelines.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the loan processing team.
Job Requirement
- Education: BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, and any other related fields
- Work Experience: 3 years of experience in banking operation, which at least 2 year as associate loan officer I.

Position 5:Treasury Officer
Essential Function
- Receive and verify treasury transactions documents and supporting evidence before processing
- Process Treasury bills, government bonds, and any other Treasury investment transactions in accordance with approved procedures.
- Can perform or monitor daily reconciliation of treasury accounts, ESX settlement, treasury investment,
- Investigate and resolve outstanding items and resolve outstanding reconciliation differences promptly.
- Analyse and Record price trends, interest rate developments, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare allocation and impact reporting obligations for thematic bond issuances.
- Prepare daily liquidity position reports and any required reports.
- Ensure the availability of sufficient funds to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Coordinate with commercial banks, NBE, ESX, and other stakeholders on treasury-related matters
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of treasury transactions, data, documents, and settlements, and provide explanations to both users regarding reports.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Position 6: Manager, Capital Market and Investor Relations Division
Essential Function
- Develop and implement the Bank’s capital market strategy in line with corporate objectives.
- Identify funding opportunities through debt and equity markets.
- Preparing prospectus and other related documents for bond and capital issuance purposes.
- Lead the structuring and execution of bond issuance programs, including thematic bonds such as Gender Bonds.
- Monitor market trends, yield movements, and investor sentiment to support strategic decisions.
- Recommend innovative capital market instruments to diversify funding sources.
- ALM assessment (tenor/coupon vs. portfolio cash flows)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, regulators, and development finance institutions.
- Serve as the primary contact point for investor communications and inquiries.
- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, presentations, and market briefings.
- Prepare investor communication materials and investment presentations.
- Coordinate the structuring and implementation of Gender Bond frameworks.
- Define preliminary issuance parameters (use of proceeds, indicative size, tenor, currency)
- Market sounding / investor appetite testing.
- Ensure alignment with international sustainable finance principles and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external reviewers, impact verifiers, and development partners.
- Ensure compliance with capital market laws, NBE directives, and internal policies.
- Coordinate regulatory filings and disclosures related to bond issuance and investor reporting.
- Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Strategy teams.
- Manage relationships with advisors, arrangers, legal counsel, and market intermediaries.
- Prepare periodic reports for management and board committees.
- Monitor division performance against approved KPIs and strategic objectives.
- Provide recommendations for operational improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop division staff.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director, Treasury Dep’t
