Position 1: Datacenter Attendant
Essential Function
- Ensures the availability of Data Centre on 24×7 basis including Holiday and Other Vacation coverage
- Ensures that Communication equipment are working properly
- Ensures that Power systems, such as Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS) are working properly.
- Ensures that backup generators are functioning properly and adequate fuel is refilled.
- Ensure that Fire suppression systems is functioning properly
- Ensures that Air conditioning system are working properly
- After getting approval from supervisor, ensures the proper shutdown of servers and communication equipment in the in the event of malfunctioning of Air-conditioning system and power system and backup generators.
- Some emergency situations require that the system be shut down to a level where it is safe to remove power.
Job Requirement
- Education: Diploma/10+3/Level 3 and above in Electronics and any other fields
- Experience: 2 years of experience in relevant field of which at least 1 recent year in banking industry.

Position 2: Senior General Service Officer
Essential Function
- Coordinates the provide quality cafeteria service activates.
- Follows up the proper general service of undertaking & develop weekly, monthly & quarterly reports.
- Receives transport service requests; examine the appropriateness of the transport service request, fills out vehicle dispatch form, assigns the necessary vehicles and drivers
- Supervises and evaluates the performance of drivers & motorist
- Ensures the registration of all information regarding status of each vehicle such as passengers, type of goods to be transported, destination, departure; arrival time, Km’s at the beginning and at the end of the trip etc. on pre-established log forms;
- Ensure that the fuel consumption of all vehicles & motor cycles adheres to the standard procedural of the bank.
Job Requirement
- Education: BA/MBA/MA Purchasing and Supplies, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, Any other related fields
- Experience: 5.5/3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position

Position 3: General Service clerk
Essential Function
- Attends and follows up general service related matters of the bank, such as Telephone, Fax Electricity and office equipment, etc
- Follows up payments and settlements of monthly utility bills to respective government institutions
- Follows up the tracking of the maintenance and installation of electrical office equipment, fixtures and appliances (Telephone lines, fax machine, photocopy machines, electric lines, etc.)
- Fills out purchase requisitions for materials and fixtures to be purchased or supplied to undertake the necessary repair works
- Prepares and submits periodical reports pertaining to maintenance and installation works
- Follows up the payments of maintenance works done by external sources are completed timely
- Record Fleet dispatches both in a log book and on Computer
- Assist with budget preparation
- Assist in monitoring fuel consumptions
- Assist in supervising fleet management
- Prepare, Conduct and Report attendances of the staff under the division
Job Requirement
- Education: Diploma in Accounting, IT, Electricity or in related field (Level III, Level IV certificates)
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience, COC certification is a preference..
