Position 1: Saving and Credit Officer
Job Summary
- The purpose of the Credit and Saving Officer I position is to undertake social promotion that includes group organization, handle the mobilization of clients for saving and loan collections of the branch. Screens organized clients according to their preferences and facilitates loan appraisal, approved loan disbursement and schedule collections.
Job Requirement
- Education: Degree, College diploma o or Level IV (COC mandatory) in Cooperative Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Management
- 1 year for BA and a minimum of 2 years related experience for Diploma and Level 4.
- Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.

Job Summary
- The purpose of the Branch Accountant position is to handle all financial activities/transactions of the branch. Coordinates and leads the financial operations of the branch in accordance with the financial policies and procedures of the Organization. She/he serves as the Loan Approving Committee of the branch.

Job Summary
- The role of the Branch Manager is to plan, organize, coordinate, lead and supervise the operational activities and personnel of Branch towards the achievement of the objectives of the Organization. Manages and controls financial resources i.e., payments & receipts of the Branch. Provides financing services, such as loan, deposit, & insurance service to the community. Participates in the preparation of the plan of the Organization

Job Summary
- Prepares annual internal audit plans and work schedules; Identify risk prone financial, procurement and operational areas to properly address during the review to set priority, determine audit program to be used, techniques to be applied, sampling techniques to be used and sample size to be covered
Job Requirement
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting/Auditing 3 years working in micro finance, banking and insurance or related.
- Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.
