Yazawa Spare Parts is a pioneer in Ethiopia’s automotive sector, proudly recognized as the country’s first specialized spare parts shop for electric mobility vehicles (EMVs). Position 1: Junior Administration Officer
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- 0–1 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong follow-up, organization, and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk and reception activities, including scheduling, welcoming and directing visitors/guests appropriately
- Ensure company’s/office equipment and facilities are functioning properly, including CCTV/camera -screens, speakers, meeting tools, and other office equipment, and report or coordinate timely maintenance when issues arise
- Ensure the office environment is clean, functional, and presentable at all times
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- Assist with procurement of office supplies and coordination with vendors
- Provide administrative support for daily smooth company/office operations and implementation of basic administrative systems and procedures
Liaison Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact between the company and external stakeholders
- Submit, collect, and track correspondence with government offices and other institutions/service providers
- Ensure timely follow-up and reporting on external requests and approvals
- Liaise with government offices to ensure proper permits and statutory documents of the company are updated and available
Operational Support
- Perform other duties as assigned in line with startup operational needs
- Support continuous improvement by sharing ideas and suggestions based on daily interactions with internal teams and external stakeholders, aimed at improving administrative processes and operational efficiency

Position 2: Junior Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and infographics.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides.
- Adapt designs for various formats and platforms, ensuring they meet technical requirements (e.g., print, web, mobile)
- Video Production:
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and internal communications based on approved concepts and scripts.
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions to enhance video content.
- Ensure all videos align with Dodai’s brand identity and meet platform-specific requirements.
- Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring quality and performance (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
- Image Editing:
- Capture high-quality photographs for marketing and branding purposes, including product shots, events, and team activities.
- Edit and enhance photos using professional software to ensure consistency and quality.
- Optimize images for both web and print use, including resizing, color correction, and retouching.
- Customer-Centric Brand Analysis:
- Proactively analyze customer behavior, preferences, and cultural context to identify visual and branding elements that appeal to Dodai’s target audience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor branding strategies to adapt and refine Dodai’s visual storytelling.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing manager, brand specialist, and content creator to understand their vision and requirements.
- Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions for marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 6 months–1 year of experience in graphic design, video production, or related fields.
- Experience working with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Skills:
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in video editing and production, including familiarity with camera equipment.
- Strong photo editing and retouching skills using tools like Lightroom or Photoshop.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of motion graphics or animation using tools like After Effects.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and understanding of social media content requirements.
- Familiarity with photography equipment and techniques.

Position 3: Junior Accountant in Battery Swapping Service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or closely related fields
- No prior experience needed.
- Experience in cashiering, accounting, or financial operations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in using financial systems basic computer skills required.
- Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
