Position 1: Jr. Warehouse Admin
Purpose of the Position:
The Junior Warehouse Administrator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, processing documentation, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely movement of goods. The role involves data entry, assisting with stock reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring proper documentation for inbound and outbound items.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory records and request replenishment of materials in the warehouse as needed.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.
- Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
- Update the inventory system with accurate records of physical inventory totals, receipts,adjustments, and returns.
- Reconcile inventory between the system and the finance book.
- Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
- Ensure proper labels are placed on the warehouse items.
- Implement the 5S principle in the warehouse operations.
- Conduct cycle counts on a regular and timely basis.
- Report any inconsistency, variance, or incident on time and follow up for the case closure.
- Ensure all inventory movements are backed by either system transactions or official warehouse documents.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the sourcing and supply management process.
- Update routine reports to support informed decision-making within the company.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years in a warehouse or logistics-related role (internship or volunteering experience counts)
Technical Skills:

Position 2: Warehouse Coordinator
Purpose of the Position
The Warehouse Administrator/Coordinator (Level 2) is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant warehouse data management, with strong ownership of the ERP/WMS system, inventory controls, and operational reporting. The role acts as a key operational link between warehouse execution, finance, production, and logistics by maintaining system integrity, supporting audits, and improving warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Oversee day-to-day inventory accuracy for raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and consumables.
- Ensure all inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movements are properly documented and recorded in the ERP/WMS system.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and proactively trigger replenishment or escalation when thresholds are breached.
- Ensure correct labeling, bin locations, and storage standards are maintained across the warehouse.
- Enforce 5S standards and support continuous warehouse organization improvements.
- Support pre-delivery and dispatch readiness by ensuring system and physical stock alignment.
ERP / System Management
- Perform system reconciliations between physical stock, ERP records, and finance books.
- Identify and resolve system-related discrepancies by working closely with Warehouse team and other departments as well.
- Train and Support Junior Warehouse Admins on proper system usage and documentation standards.
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support management reporting with accurate, timely, and structured data.
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documentation and system reports.
Coordination & Compliance
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Track, report, and follow up on inventory variances, incidents, and corrective actions until closure.
- Support the implementation of new processes, controls, and system changes.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify gaps in warehouse processes, documentation, or system usage and propose improvements.

Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or logistics roles, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Cin7, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Good understanding of inventory accounting principles and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to prepare structured operational and management reports.

Position 3: Environmental, Health and Safety Officer (EHS Officer)
Purpose of the position
The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Officer at Dodai Manufacturing Plc is an integral member of the operations team, tasked with the proactive identification and assessment of hazards across all company premises to ensure a secure working environment. Additionally, the EHS Officer is charged with mitigating health and environmental risks, as well as enhancing the quality of operational processes. The role encompasses the investigation and documentation of accidents, the provision of safety training and education to the workforce, and the ongoing enhancement of workplace safety standards.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines. Your primary role will be to advise on measures to minimize hazards and maintain a safe working environment. Vigilance in identifying violations is crucial.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures that comply with all relevant
occupational health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections of all working areas.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and propose effective preventive measures to stop future occurrences
- Provide safety training and education to employees on safe work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions and accidents/incidents.
- Collaborate with managers and other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work
environment
- Identify, report and correct unsafe practices involving any department, staff or management.
- Conduct Micro risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Health and Safety Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role
