Yazawa Spare Parts is a pioneer in Ethiopia’s automotive sector, proudly recognized as the country’s first dedicated spare parts shop for electric mobility vehicles (EMVs). Position 1: Junior Accountant
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduate or 6 months experience in cashiering, accounting, or financial operations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in using financial systems like Cket, Xero, peachtree etc is a PLUS
- Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

Position 2: Senior Accountant
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Electrical Team Lead
Requirements Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Mechanical Engineering, Battery system or related field.
Technical Skills:
- Strong electrical fundamentals: HV architecture, contactors.
- Proficient in testing instruments (IR meter, multimeter, DAQ equipment).
- Knowledge of safety standards and certification test methods.
- Strong documentation and reporting capability.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Customer Experience Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience, after-sales, or service operations — ideally within automotive, mobility, or telecom sectors.
- Proven leadership experience managing customer-facing teams (call center, CRM, or after-sales).
- Strong communication, analytical, and process-improvement skills.
- Fluency in English and Amharic.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Zoho, Trello, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
- Passion for operational excellence and for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
