Yazawa Spare Parts is a pioneer in Ethiopia’s automotive sector, proudly recognized as the country’s first specialized spare parts shop for electric mobility vehicles (EMVs). Founded in March 2024, we are dedicated to fostering the developing EV ecosystem and providing a seamless ownership experience for our clients. Position 1: Junior Battery Charging Technician

Education: TVET / Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields preferred
Experience: 0–2 years (fresh graduates encouraged)

Requirements
  • Willingness to learn lithium battery handling and safety practices
  • Physically able to lift and move batteries
  • Able to follow instructions and procedures consistently

Position 2: Junior Environmental, Health and Safety Officer (Junior EHS Officer)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Health and Safety Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields
Experience: 1–2 years in a manufacturing environment

Position 3: Junior Sales Representative

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
Experience: 1–3 years in sales or customer success roles

  • Strong understanding of direct sales methodologies
  • Ability to exceed sales targets
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Passion for customer service

Position 4: Accounting Manager

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Experience: 5–7 years in accounting, preferably manufacturing sector

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years managerial experience
  • Experience leading audits and tax audits
  • Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations
  • Knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel

Position 5: Junior Local Procurement and Logistics Officer

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields
Experience: 0–1 year

Requirements
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • High efficiency and accuracy
  • Experience with tools like WhatsApp, Slack, Trello, and Google Apps is advantageous
  • Startup or mobility sector experience is a plus

Position 6: Customer Experience (CX) Manager

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
Experience: 5+ years in customer experience, after-sales, or service operations

  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier evaluation
  • Experience with ERP systems and procurement digital tools
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities

Position 9: Site Acquisition Associate

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture & Urban Planning, or related fields
Experience: 1–2 years in field-based roles

  • Good knowledge of Addis Ababa and Sheger City areas
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively for site scouting
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp and communication tools
