We are seeking a meticulous Junior Accountant to become a part of our finance team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, processing payments, and ensuring that our digital ledger aligns perfectly with our bank records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, or similar accounting software.
- Proven ability to learn new software quickly; you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards for handling sensitive financial data and large-scale payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in prepare and initiate daily disbursements via digital banking platforms.
- Perform reconciliations between the system, payment gateways, and bank statements.
- Regularly update and maintain financial data within our proprietary system
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including journal entries and accruals.
- Use Excel functions to organize large datasets, identify discrepancies, and generate weekly financial reports.
- Support the preparation of tax declarations and statutory payments (VAT, Withholding, etc.).Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Track accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
