Position 1: Trainee Operator
Job Summary
As a Trainee Operator, you will receive practical and technical training to learn how to set up, operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance of automated glass manufacturing machines and auxiliary equipment. You will apply your educational knowledge while developing hands-on skills in mechanical troubleshooting, conventional and CNC machining, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and precision mold and other maintenance used in the bottle glass manufacturing process.
The ideal Trainee Operator should demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, attention to detail, safety awareness, discipline, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: BSc Degree /Level 5 in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metal Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Electrical Technology, Machining, Manufacturing Technology, General Mechanics or related fields.
- Cumulative GPA (CGPA): 3.00 and above
- Year of Graduation: 2017 & 2018 E.C.
- Number Required: 30 Trainee Operators
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, thermo dynamics, hydraulic /pneumatic systems, and conventional machines (lathes, milling) or CNCs.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work on your feet for extended hours, tolerate high-temperature environments, and lift heavy metal tools.

Position 2: Setup & Maintenance Mechanician II – Inspection Machine
Education
- BSc Degree or TVET Level Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional specialized training in:

- Inspection Machinery Setup & Calibration
- Industrial Automation Systems (PLCs, SCADA, Sensors)
- Safety & Compliance for Glass Factory Operations
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance of automated inspection machines, troubleshooting, and machinery calibration on production lines.
- Direct experience with glass production processes and quality control systems.
Technical Knowledge & Competencies:
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities for automated inspection machinery.
- Proficiency using precision calibration instruments (micrometers, dial gauges, alignment tools).
- Sound understanding of industrial automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, optical sensors, control systems).
- Solid grasp of industrial safety standards and factory compliance protocols.
- Practical problem-solving capabilities focused on root-cause diagnosis of machine-driven defects.
- Resilience and capacity to deliver quality work under pressure within a fast-paced production environment.

Position 3: Operator – Batch Plant
Education
- BSc Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields.
- Trainings on batching operation, material mixing protocols and safety compliance for handling hazardous materials
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in glass manufacturing and furnace operations
Skills
- Proficiency in batch plant equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze material composition to ensure correct mixing ratios.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and correct mechanical failures in batch processing.

Position 4: Shift Supervisor Batch and Furnace
Education
- BSc degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
- Training in furnace operation and thermal management and batch processing protocols for glass production.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in glass manufacturing
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of glass manufacturing processes and furnace operations Proficiency in quality control methods and production documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

- Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team management.
