Position 1: Finance and Admin Assistant
Experience and technical competencies:
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- Previous NGO or humanitarian organization experience is an advantage.
- Experience in bookkeeping, cash management, and payment processing.
- Experience using ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience and technical competencies:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.

- Experience working with major humanitarian donors (UN Agencies, ECHO, USAID, FCDO, SDC, etc.).
