Job Summary
Key responsibility
- Perform online inspection during production to ensure product quality and compliance with standards
- Conduct raw material inspection to verify quality, safety, and specification requirements
- Monitor and control dispatch processes to ensure all shipments meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to quality checks and inspections

Position 2: Biomass Boiler Operator
Key responsibility
- System Operation: Start, stop, and regulate biomass boilers, turbines, and auxiliary equipment.
- Fuel Management: Monitor and manage the loading, mixing, and quality of biomass fuel (wood, husk, etc.).
- Monitoring & Inspection: Regularly check gauges, meters, and sensors (pressure, temperature, water level) for abnormal operation.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on pumps, valves, and mechanical systems.
- Water Treatment: Maintain water softener systems and conduct water chemistry tests to prevent boiler corrosion.
- Reporting: Maintain precise daily logs of steam generation, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations, wearing appropriate protective equipment

Key responsibility
- Maintenance & Repair: Execute advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines, conveyors, robots, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex mechanical failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and train junior technicians on maintenance tasks, safety procedures, and operation techniques.
- Precision Work: Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, DTI clocks, laser alignment tools) to ensure proper equipment alignment and tolerances.
- Documentation & Systems: Document maintenance activities, repair reports, and part usage within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Compliance: Ensure full adherence to safety protocols (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, OSHA).
