The factory and main office are currently located in Debre-Zeit /Bishoftu/.

Job Description:

• Diagnosing issues with machinery and equipment, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal functioning.
• Assisting in the designing and modification of systems and components, including creating technical drawings, specifications, and machine parts.
• Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolving mechanical and electromechanical issues in our machinery and systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to analyze and troubleshoot problems
• Assist in the routine maintenance and inspection of equipment and machinery.
• Provide technical support to other team members or departments.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.
• Assist in updating technical manuals and operational procedures
• Participate in cross-functional teams for projects and improvements.
• Collaborate with technical and production teams to create smooth relations.

Salary: As per the company scale

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• 0 – 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of mechanical drawings and industrial components
• Knowledge of workshop tools and mechanical machine elements
• Knowledge of MS Office, job-related software, and communication apps.
• Flexibility in working hours and availability for emergency calls.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and proficiency in the English language.
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems (advantageous).
• Experience with welding and lathe machine techniques (advantageous).
• Lives or willing to live in Bishoftu
