Position: Employer Brand Specialist
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, Marketing ,Marketing Management or a related field of studies .
- A minimum of five years of experience in Employer Branding, with a proven track record of bridging brand strategy with hands-on graphic design and multimedia content creation.

- Designs innovative employer branding campaigns that spark curiosity and build admiration.
- Develops engaging content that resonates with targeted talent segments.

- Ensures the workplace narrative authentically reflects the organization’s values, ambition, and identity.
- Demonstrates strong resourcefulness and problem-solving capabilities.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening abilities.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
