Position 1: Regional Sales Manager
Skills, Experience & Education:
Education
- First Degree in Marketing Management/ Management/ Economics/Business Administration or related field of studies
Experience
- 5 years’ experience in sales within an FMCG environment, with 3 years in a management role
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing a sales team.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Logistics, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Strong customer relationship management experience, particularly with key accounts.

Position 2: Associate Legal Counsel
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B)
Experience :
- Minimum of 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably in a multinational or regulated industry.
Preferred Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian commercial law, labor law, and regulatory frameworks
- Solid understanding of substantive and procedural laws within the country legal system
- Proven experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Experience in litigation management and handling legal disputes
- Strong background in corporate and/or commercial legal practice
- Demonstrated capability in regulatory compliance and legal risk management
- Ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations in a corporate or multinational environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal reasoning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for legal documentation and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work effectively in regulated or complex business environment
