1. Junior Process Control Engineer
Education: BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 0 Years (Fresh Graduates Encouraged).
Salary: 23,924 ETB
Role Goal: Oversee and optimize chemical processes to ensure production efficiency and quality control.
2. Senior Bus Driver (የከፍተኛ አውቶቡስ ሹፌር)
Education: Level 1/2/3 in Auto Mechanic, Painting, or Grade 10 Completion.
License: 5th Grade Driving License or equivalent.
Experience: 2–8 Years.
Salary: 17,975 ETB
Role Goal: Provide safe and reliable transportation services within the facility’s logistics network.
3. Junior Heavy Equipment Operators
We are seeking entry-level operators for various specialized machinery.
Common Requirements: Level 3 in Auto Mechanic with COC OR 10+3 Diploma.
Experience: 0 Years.
Salary: 12,277 ETB
Specific Roles & Licenses:
Dozer Operator: Requires Special Machinery License.
Drill Operator: Requires Special Machinery License.
Off-Highway Dump Truck Operator: Requires 5th Grade or Special Machinery License.
Position 4: Junior Drill Operator
Available Spots: 3
Job Grade: 8
Salary: 12,277 ETB
Role: Execute drilling operations critical for raw material sourcing while maintaining the highest safety and equipment standards.
Position 5: Junior Off-Highway Dump Truck Operator
Available Spots: 3
Job Grade: 8
Salary: 12,277 ETB
Role: Navigate heavy-duty transport vehicles to ensure the consistent movement of raw materials within the factory grounds.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Level 3 in Auto Mechanics (with COC) OR a 10+3 Diploma in a related technical field.
Experience: 0 Years (We welcome fresh graduates to apply).
Licensing:
For Drill: Special machinery license.
For Dump Truck: 5th grade driving license or special machinery license.
Location: Candidates must be willing to work at the Muger site.
