The internship program is designed to provide hands-on exposure to consulting projects, research assignments, and development initiatives across various sectors such as business development, agriculture, gender and inclusion, environmental management, socio-economic research, and project evaluation.
Position: Internship Program – Project Officer / Junior Analyst Track
Eligible Fields of Study
Applicants should be recent graduates or final-year students from recognized universities in fields such as: Development Studies, Economics, Business Administration, Agribusiness or Agricultural Economics, Accounting or Finance, Environmental Science or Natural Resource Management, Communication and Media Studies, Statistics or Data Science, Sociology, or related disciplines.
Additional Skills (Advantageous)
Applicants with practical or digital skills relevant to the consulting sector are highly encouraged to apply. These may include:
- Graphic design and visual communication
- Video editing and multimedia production
- Digital content development and social media management
- Data analysis and visualization tools
- Statistical software (e.g., R, Stata, SPSS, Python)
- GIS and spatial analysis
- Website and digital platform management
Selected interns will work closely with senior staff and consultants and will contribute to ongoing projects as Project Officer Interns or Junior Analyst Interns, supporting research, analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
