FDRE MESOB Service is in search of qualified individuals for the following role.

FDRE MESOB Service (Modern Ethiopian Service for Organized Benefits) is a federal government program created to offer citizens a comprehensive digital and physical service center where they can access multiple government services in one place. The objective is to enhance the speed, transparency, and convenience of public services by consolidating offerings from various government agencies into a single platform.

Position: Call Center Advisor

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Applicants should have

  • Proficiency in both Amharic and Afaan Oromoo.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Age:- 18–24 years

  • 48 working hours per week.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
