Capital Financial Excellence Center Share Company (CaFEC) is a company recently formed by law to provide capability-building solutions for the financial sector community, enhancing the competitiveness of the financial ecosystem in Ethiopia. CaFEC SC is seeking to fill the Finance Officer-I position.

Position: Finance Officer-I

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Officer I to join our team. This is an entry-level position designed for a fresh graduate who is eager to launch their career in a professional and impactful organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the company’s financial books using Peachtree accounting software.

• Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable (vendor invoices, trainer payments) and accounts receivable (client payments for training programs).

• Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management on a regular basis.

• Ensure all financial data is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Issue receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
