Established in 1999, Buusaa Gonofaa Microfinance S.C (BG MF S.C) operates under the regulation of the National Bank of Ethiopia. The organization aims to deliver flexible and efficient financial services sustainably, enhancing the livelihoods and productivity of low-income groups, with a special emphasis on women, youth, and smallholder farmers through the offering of credit and savings products and services.
Position 1: Customer Service Officer I
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- TVET (10+3) with 5–6 years of relevant work experience or TVET (10+4) with 3–4 years of relevant work experience.
- Relevant experience in customer service, front-office, or clerical support roles.
- Basic experience in handling records, forms, and service documentation is an advantage.
Skill and Competence required:
- Customer Service Excellence
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Client Protection Principles
- Basic KYC and Confidentiality
Duty station: Oromia region
Position 2: Branch Manager I
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- BA degree in Social Science with five years of relevant work experience.
- Professional background in microfinance, banking, or branch operations (advantage)..
- Relevant experience in microfinance or banking operations, preferably at the branch level.
Skill and Competence required:
- Microfinance Operations and Branch Procedures
- Credit and Savings Management
- AML/KYC and Regulatory Compliance
- Customer Service and Financial Literacy
- Basic computer skills and good written and oral communication skills.
