Bilal Microfinance invites qualified and competent applicants for the following positions.

Bilal Microfinance Institution S.C. is a full-fledge interest free microfinance institution established based on the NBE Directive No. MFI/32/2021 to provide sharia compliant and inclusive microfinance services that provide access to the community excluded from financial services due to interest.

Position: Branch Manager

Qualification

  • BA Degree or MBA in Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related field from a recognized higher education institution.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years (BA) or 3 years (MBA) of relevant work experience, preferably in a Microfinance Institution or Banking and Insurance Industry.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Sound knowledge of credit operations, savings mobilization, and branch management.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
  • Experience with Core Banking Systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
  • High integrity, accountability, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of interest-free financing principles and products.
