Position: Customer Assessment Data Collector
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or data collection
- Experience in conducting customer surveys or market research is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to approach customers confidently and politely.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, QR code scanning, and online survey platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Politely invite customers to participate in the customer satisfaction survey.
- Assist customers in scanning the QR code when requested.
- Explain the purpose and importance of the survey.
- Ensure customers complete the survey independently without influencing their responses.
- Monitor daily survey participation and report response rates.
- Verify that QR codes are visible, accessible, and functioning properly.
