Position: PURCHASER
Job Purpose
- To coordinate procurement documentation, maintain procurement records, support purchasing activities, monitor procurement status, and ensure complete documentation for all procurement transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and encode procurement requests, Maintain procurement tracking records, Prepare procurement files, File all procurement documents, Maintain Purchase Order register, Maintain Goods Received Note (GRN) records, Maintain supplier documentation, Verify completeness of procurement files, Monitor procurement status, Follow up pending Purchase Orders, Update procurement tracking sheet, Follow up GRN documentation, Prepare weekly & monthly procurement reports.
Job Requirements
- Education: BA Degree or Level IV Diploma in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Hotel Management, or related fields.
- Work Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduates) or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of local market dynamics and hospitality supplies.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and strong work ethics.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel and MS Word).
