Position 1: Architect
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and supervision.
- Specific experience in design of building and landscape works
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
- Ability to manage projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Registration or eligibility for professional licensure (advantageous).
- Experience in sustainable/green building design (preferred).

Position 2: Senior Architect
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction supervision.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, and other architectural design software.
- BIM Certified with proven experience in BIM-based project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainable design practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Professional registration/license is an advantage.

Position 3: Structural Engineer
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc or MSc Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in structural design and analysis.
- Proven record of accomplishment of working on infrastructure projects such as buildings, bridges, or industrial facilities.
- Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, CSI SAFE).
- Strong understanding of structural analysis, load calculations, and material behavior.
- Familiarity with local and international building codes and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Position 4: Senior Structural Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in civil engineering (Structural specialization preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design standards.
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- BIM Certified with practical experience in BIM coordination and structural modeling.
- Experience in building and infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Professional registration/license is an advantage.
