Alvima Foods Complex Plc. invites applicants who fulfill the following qualification and experience requirements to apply for the following vacant position.
Flour processing and pasta manufacturing plant that will produce flour as well as high-quality pasta products primarily in Adama town, 90 km South East of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The plant will have a daily manufacturing capacity of up to 66 tons of pasta and up to 95 tons of flour.
Position: Liaisons officer and Driver
Job Requirement –
- BA Degree in Management or Accounting or any other business filed or TVET level 4
- Driving license – Public 1
Experience-
- 2/two/year and above for BA Degree and 3/three/ years’ and above for TVET level 4 in similar role and 1(one) year and above experience for driving license.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect from and distribute different correspondents to external bodies (banks, customs, transport authority, insurance companies and other government organization
- Follow up and process company issues found at both private and government organizations
- Liaison the external bodies with the company
- Prepares different correspondents to external bodies by the instruction of the immediate boss or any other concerned.
- Assist the CEO/GM/any delegated person in day-to-day activities of the office
- Drive the company automobile as per the policy of the company
- The job holder shall have an additional responsibility to collect and send proforma invoice (price quotation) from suppliers after having received purchase requisition from supply chain Department
- Assist supply chain department in receiving money (Cheque) from and paying to suppliers, and collect the purchases goods from the suppliers and send to the department.
- Perform any additional activities which may be given by the immediate boss.
