Akufada Micro Finance Institution S.C is a share company that has been registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia in accordance with Micro-Financing Business Proclamation No. 626/2009 and its amendment, Proclamation No. 1164/2019. The business license was granted on 01/08/2022, under license number MFI/055/2022, and operations officially commenced on October 22, 2022.
The institution was established to offer both financial and non-financial products to the economically active poor and the underserved middle-income population. It aims to provide affordable loans, savings, and micro-insurance services, thereby contributing to the advancement of the national economy.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field.
Work Experience: 2 years and above work experience in Microfinance, Bank, or other related work experience.
