Akufada Micro Finance Institution S.C is a share company that has been registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia in accordance with Micro-Financing Business Proclamation No. 626/2009 and its amendment, proclamation No. 1164/2019. The business license was granted on 01/08/2022, bearing the license number MFI/055/2022, and it officially commenced operations on October 22, 2022.

The institution was established to offer both financial and non-financial products to the economically active poor and the underserved middle-income population. It aims to provide affordable loans, savings, and micro-insurance services, thereby contributing to the advancement of the national economy.

Position 1. Junior Human Resources Information System Officer

Educational Qualification: BA degree or above in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or Management Information System

 

Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in Microfinance, Banking, or related fields

Work Place: Head Office

Position 2. Performance Management & Compensation Administration Officer

Educational Qualification: BA degree or above in Human Resource Management, Management, or Business Administration

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in Microfinance, Banking, or related fields

 

Work Place: Head Office

Position 3. Recruitment and Onboarding Officer

Educational Qualification: BA degree or above in Human Resource Management, Management, or Business Administration

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in Microfinance, Banking, or related fields

Work Place: Head Office

Position 4. Human Capital and Talent Officer

Educational Qualification: BA degree or above in Human Resource Management, Management, or Business Administration

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in Microfinance, Banking, or related fields

Work Place: Head Office

Position 5. Senior Human Capital and Talent Officer (Senior HC Development Officer)

Educational Qualification: BA degree or above in Human Resource Management, Management, or Business Administration
Work Experience: Minimum 4 years in Microfinance, Banking, or related fields
Work Place: Head Office
