Position: Bajaj Assembly Engineer
Job Summary
AIMA Electric Motor Manufacturing PLC is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Graduates to join its electric Bajaj assembly production team. The Bajaj Assembly Engineer will support assembly operations, ensure quality standards, assist in troubleshooting technical issues, and contribute to continuous production improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in electric Bajaj vehicle assembly operations on the production line
- Support installation of mechanical and electrical components including motor, battery, wiring and chassis parts
- Monitor assembly processes to ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards
- Identify assembly defects and support troubleshooting activities
- Participate in testing and inspection of assembled vehicles
- Prepare basic technical and production reports
- Coordinate with senior engineers and production supervisors to improve workflow efficiency
- Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, equipment and components
- Follow occupational health and safety procedures
- Bachelor’s Degree or TVET Level IV / Diploma in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Automotive Engineering
- Electromechanical Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering or related fields
- Experience: 0–3 years (Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of vehicle assembly or manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of mechanical tools and basic electrical systems is an advantage
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work in factory / production environment in Dukem
