Position: Junior Fleet Dispatch Officer
Qualifications:
🔼Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field
🔼 0 years and above experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
🔼 Good communication and coordination skills
🔼 Basic computer skills (MS Office)
🔼 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
The Junior Fleet Dispatch Officer will coordinate daily truck movements, assign vehicles, monitor delivery progress, and ensure smooth transport operations. The role requires strong follow-up skills and the ability to work closely with drivers, mechanics, and operations staff.
Key Responsibilities:-
➡️ Plan and assign vehicles based on transport requests
➡️ Monitor truck movements and delivery schedules
➡️ Maintain accurate dispatch and trip records
➡️ Communicate with drivers to ensure timely loading and unloading
➡️ Coordinate with maintenance and fuel teams when needed
➡️ Report operational issues to the division head
