Aggar Micro Finance S.C wants to recruit qualified professionals for the following Vacant Positions:

Aggar MFI is the first Commercial private Microfinance established in accordance with proclamation No 40/96 which is currently replaced by proclamation No.626/2009 to serve the “missing middle” to provide credit and saving services in urban and rural areas of the Country.

Position 1: Accountant

  • Qualification:  BA Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Work Experience: 2 years of relevant experiences

Expected Competency (Skills required)

  • Good knowledge of accounting concept and principles,
  • Core Banking skill is advantageous,
  • Ability to compile and prepare financial reports

NB: Microsoft Office particularly excels and word skill is mandatory.

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer

  • Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Marketing /Accounting/ Management/ Economics or related field
  • Work Experience:  3/5 years of relevant experience in related position

Expected Competency (Skills required)

  • knowledge of microfinance products and services,
  • Strong customers service and interpersonal skills,
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to microfinance,
  • Report Writing and basic computer skill

NB: Microsoft Office particularly excels and word skill is mandatory.

  • Work experience must be verified and presented in written while registration

Position 3: Senior Accountant

  • Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting
  • Work Experience: 4 years of relevant experience of which 2 years as an Accountant

Expected Competency (Skills required)

  • Good knowledge of accounting concept and principles,
  • Good knowledge of Company financial policies and NBE and FIC directives and regulations,
  • Core Banking skill is advantageous,
  • Ability to compile and prepare financial reports
