Afro-European Engineers (AEE) was established in 2007 in GC, with its headquarters located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, by partners from Switzerland and Ethiopia. From the beginning, AEE aimed to offer specialized structural engineering services not only within Ethiopia but also across the globe, particularly in the broader African region. AEE envisions becoming a distinguished team recognized for developing sustainable structures and fostering relationships that meet the needs of clients, the team, and society.

Position: Junior Structural Engineer
Qualification and Profile:
- M.Sc. in Civil Structural Engineering, 0 years of experience required
- B.Sc. in Civil Structural Engineering Design, with minimum of 3 years of experience and CGPA of 3.5 or more.
- Professional English.
- Good structural/statical computer modelling skills and awareness in use of AI
- Since the job post is in Addis Ababa, the applicant’s place of residence shall be in Addis Ababa.
Personal Competencies and Skills for B.Sc.:
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Good computer programming skills
- Good BIM and CAD skills
- Good human skills
- Good learner (eagerness and quickness)
- Good professional ethics
- Good personal management
- Deep interest in structural engineering design.
Postgraduates are assumed to already have the above skills.
Desirable:
- Volunteering history
- AI and Computer Programming skills.
